Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Alienacid Walk-In Tubs wants alienacid.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Short forms with clearly labeled fields
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still reach help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@alienacid.living and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Let us know where the site gives you trouble, and we will look into it. Email contact@alienacid.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the website, we will keep making it better.
